Application of a New Model Reference Adaptive Control Based on PID Control in CNC Machine Tools

چکیده

To improve the control performance of CNC machine tool feed servo system with nonlinear disturbances, a model reference adaptive (MRAC) based on PID is proposed. The method traditional three-loop control, output signal speed loop controller used as input controller, and law derived basis Lyapunov stability theory. verify effectiveness, this paper analyzed through simulation experiment. Results showed that following error caused by friction was significantly reduced when reversed, influence noise mechanical resonance effectively suppressed. proposed in improves motion-control accuracy anti-interference ability system.
